KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten
Surprising perspectives

It all started with a contest pitch in which Heine/Lenz/Zizka was able to convince the architectural firm KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten. This was followed by an intensive discussion in which the aim was to resolve the existing discrepancy between the external perception and the self-image of the architecture firm.

For the design of the website, we used architectural metaphors such as space and levels, foreground and background, insight and outlook, to open up surprising perspectives on the work and services of the international architecture firm. This starts with the navigation principle: the website is a single page, which means that you can go up and down like in an elevator to get to the next level, the next menu item.

The design should represent both the creative architect and the solid builder. Therefore, generous image formats and video impressions meet systematic facts and references that can be explored in depth. Atmospheric and informative are equally relevant, playing on their own levels that intersect delightfully.

Projects

Together with Jürgen Engel Architekten we also designed the book Projekte 5, which gives an insight into past building projects of the architectural office.
