The tools in our kit are sympathetic understanding, a love of communicating, and nonconformism. And good common sense.
What we do
Heine/Lenz/Zizka is an agency for visual communication. We create visual identities and brand presences. From packaging design to communications to comprehensive corporate design. To do this, we work to the highest standards strategically and creatively and have been ranked among the top twenty design agencies for years.
With offices in Berlin and Frankfurt, we have clients from various sectors, serving cultural institutions with the same loving care and commitment that we show to small and medium-sized enterprises. We support long-range brand management processes as well as ambitious individual projects. We always begin by analyzing the brand and formulating different development options in dialogue with the client before designing strategic communications concepts.
We are passionate designers. For all media. We love the classical craft of typography. As well as the infinite design possibilities of the digital world. We believe in design. Because for us good design is more than “pretty packaging.” It is the creation of a true and lasting identity that brings pleasure to the consumer. And thus helps the brand succeed.
Design is a key to brand success. That is why we work just as hard on issues of brand management as we do on creating design solutions. We begin by getting to the heart of the brand and helping our clients define its core. Only then do we translate the brand personality into visual communication. Natural beauty comes from within—even in the case of brands.
Brands are as varied as people. That is why we create individual design concepts. Without a fixed “agency style,” but with empathy and the courage to change perspectives. In doing so, we utilize all the strengths of the classical and new media. We have long-standing expertise in the online world as well as the knowledge of materials to make a brand perceptible even in the feel of a business card.
Design determines consciousness—that’s well known. But the reverse is equally true! That is why we never design for target groups but rather for people. One of our favorite disciplines is to take abstract and technical phenomena and translate them into a simple, human, and emotional design language. The tools in our kit: empathy, a love of communicating, and good common sense.
